Because I didn't move Kublin out of GD so that everyone can access him. Rather, I traded Kublin's place with someone else to be the GD exclusive mvp (except via BB.)

We already had plans for the Guild Dungeon before this topic came out, announcement will come and announcement at appropriate time (aka when its ready).

No time to work on this though until after the PvP tournies are over, but I did start on it and it shouldn't be too long. Mostly it's the testing which can be stalled quite a bit sometimes just like Satan Morroc quests Sweat
