Why bother for 150 dex?
149 dex you get 99.3333% cast reduc. And you can grab better def equips instead of dex stuff gear.
149 dex you cast your bolt spell in 0.05 second.
With the lag of packets on the internetz i doubt instant cast is different from 0.05
If you test let us know pls

u're correct krim. it doesn't feel that much different. it sometimes matters though when someone is melee'ing up close. instacast will always hit them. 149 dex can be stopped sometimes. but if the sn is 99, it's not TOO squishy. i agree with dropping the angel set. the extra hp/sp boost will NOT save a sn in pvp/woe too much. but the extra dex and other options might. i only go instacast now for the novelty.
if sp is what you are worried about, i always suggest getting a cart. that way you can carry trouts/bass/etc for pvm and honey/blue pots/etc in woe. not to mention panaceas.
