As long as that item isn't obtained through borrowing then selling it while it's only lent to him (proof is also needed by the original owner), then he can do whatever he wants with said item.

Well it's kinda hard not to do something when someone tells you "I quit, here have my accounts and items." Then comes back and starts playing again after you sell something to gear another char up. I had also asked for permission then got the okay for it, though Biro really wishes I had gotten something more useful like slotted sunnies or +9 tidals. We've already discussed things over, the money is spent I bought more than just an OAB and in due time I'll come up with a way to pay him back. :|
