Actually, i think a fight between an average Jedi (not one of the big name ones like Luke or Yoda) and an Agent would be a fairly even and interesting fight.

Seeing how every battle between an Agent and big names likes Trinity and Morpheus was one sided in favor of the Agent, I think an average Jedi would eat the dust pretty quick...
