Yikes.
You may be running straight from an graphics integrated on your motherboard.
These really don't tend to get updates at all. :X
Go back into dxdiag, and tell me what is under System Manufacturer and system Model on the front page of that.

Apparently those tend to pretty much come with NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE / nForce 430s, but the fact that it's not recognising anything at all is bleh.
Obviously, your PC has some sort of graphics hardware, whether card or integrated chip, as, yaknow, you're using it.
Knowing me, I'm probably missing something totally obvious in my tiredness. I might also sleep on it, or else the next thing you'll see from me is zzzzzhdfgfhsszz.
... Have you tried turning it off an on again? ;D

And not sure it's ALL graphics cause I used to play on my other computer and when I hooked it back up it decided it didn't want to run RO either. Does the same thing where it starts to open and then closes

Ehh. Seems to be issues with 6100 or so drivers.
I'd take a stab at you having a NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE then.
Do you know anyone around that would be able to try upgrading your drivers, etc, in person?
Would be much easier than following blind from here with no backups, etc.
Also, give this a run and see what pops up.
