Does the file binkw32.dll come with any of the downloads in the download section?

I have it in my RO folder, it probably comes with the full installer. Is heRO working for you? If not, post or pm me more info about it and I'll try to help.

Op Marabell, it's probably cause the hero installer overwrote the..........thing. and you need to redo september2006 over the..... designated place where heRO is yup thats it.
