Does headgear count as just upper headgear or are things like mid and lower also accepted? Too bad though its only headgear, i had a few other things in mind and i'm still working on another long term project i'd like to use but thats lower and armor so that doesn't work i guess.

Pandora informed me that Armors wouldn't be allowed, because they do not show on the actual character. Headgears do, including lower gears like tails, as long as it falls in Upper, Mid or Lower Headgear it will be allowed. It has to be a visible sprite.
Also, you don't have to test it, you also don't need a test server to use it. You can just rename your sprite to an existing one, put it in the data folder and look it up in game. You'll see the new sprite but others will see the normal one.

Wing is allowed, since it is a Visible item.

Yeah with lower plus armor i was hinting at wings lol, but well now i know those are allowed yay. Means i gotta speed up the project.

This might sound as a silly question but does anyone know how to change the korean in the grf factory (and on your laptop in general) to the symbols RMS uses. I've seen it in several sprite guides that they have it but i don't know to fix that.
It shows up as a bunch of blocks for me while i want something like this: ??_???????.spr etc.
Especially since that will help me locate replacement files for testing certain things much easier and faster xD
