Sanctuary is for the EMP you for some reason Sanct actually heals the emp XD
if it is really important to you i can check with my old guild leader for his build so you can compare he was pimp nasty XD but yea you definately have the idea i enjoy playin as the priest myself i just get annoyed at leaving everybody alive...i so need an acid demo'er

because sanctuary heals monsters/players alike. Since the emperium is listed as a monster it'll be healed by sanc.

Impo Manitus (spelling is probably wrong)
Warp Portal helps but not all the priests need it if you have more than one.
Party Dependant:
If you're in a crit party -> Gloria
If you have more priests -> BS Sac
Wizard Party -> Suff + Mag + LA

... Fundamental flaw on Namin?'s part that she mistaken Safety Wall build for the ME one ._.; Sigh, will be rather costly to switch the safety wall levels back to Kyrie Eleison 10.

the only thing i could suggest is instead of res you could get something else for WoE cause you cant obviously use it, but in time youll learn what you like and razor has it down to the tee as far as i can see good luck to ya ill help if i can XD
