Hm. The pattern I've noticed with MVP cards being implemented over the years is that they are appropriated to the difficulty of the content such as Ifrit and Kiel.. but with cards like GTB, that's a hard point to make. Determining usefulness is tricky. Some cards just flake out.
Dracula card never really got its shine until the TK Master class debuted, and Kasa leeching became all the rage.
I'd find it more in spirit with RO to instead rely on future game changes that makes the cards more useful, as opposed to reworking them. It makes for a more "guess what!" feeling when it happens.
Perhaps Scarab monsters may be get a feature or expansion in the future? Chin up. =D And grats bro!
