Well I think the point is to make it worth. Somehow... if you have some fair/balanced suggestion about new content that could be exclusive to nobility make it o; we from dev team are always gathering the suggestions you make in the forums.
When the new Fairy land come, you will get a permanent mount item if you are a noble, or you can rent it for some time if you are not (need confirmation on that).

If/When we find out why half the players crash on it... most likely another divide between pre 2015 and post 2015 clients and (the lack of) official grf updates.
