Does Lady thea devo? if she does is she still Invunerable for the damage her targets take? (would she devo people with dark allegiance gears)

Lady Thea can devotion, and can still indirectly die from sustained damage on behalf of her allies (and also be revived normally). However, she cannot be damaged directly by boss flagged enemies.
