I can't see very well, but looks like your files are in order. If all suggestions that were mentionned before fail, you can always try our full folder.
It's in this thread, scroll down to the middle where it says full hero and follow the instructions.

also now my other private server I play doesn't work,
what is the way I can get both private servers to work?
change the data.ini? or what?

Best way to make both work is to separate them in 2 folders. For now to make the other work maybe re-apply their patch. I can't see anything wrong with your files thus far, like I said the full installer is an option, but it takes a while to download, if you decide to go for that you'll have a seperate folder just for hero, so it should not influence your other server anymore.

okay, that gigashare never works for me, it says a link will be provided in xx seconds, then I will refresh page and it either goes up or down, and I can never get a link ><
But okay I guess I will try full download, and make two folders =]
is there an alternative to the gigashare full folder download?
Because I have no clue how to get the link, it doesn't seem to work at all.

Dont refresh, just wait the time it says, while having your focus in that window and the link will automatically appear by itself after xx seconds.
I'm sorry I know gigashare is not very friendly, but currently I don't have any other place that will host over 1 gig for free, we're searching for alternatives however.

Okay downloaded the folder, unzipped it, and there was nothing in the folder D=
I guess RO Gods don't wnat me to play heroRO XD
