Try changing your Data.ini file to say this

[Data]
0=heRO.grf
1=sdata.grf
2=data.grf

Try that

Make sure you have this content in your DATA.ini File :

1=sdata.grf
2=data.grf

Also, I don't see any data.grf file in your folder..maybe this is causing the "doing nothing" problem as the launcher isn't able to find it...although I have to say that I doubt this file (date.grf) is absolutly necessary for you to play the game...so you might as well try and remove it from the DATA.ini file..but I'm not sure of the consequences Icon_razz anyway...maybe someone else has something better to propose?

Moved to Help section.

Make sure you double-click hero.exe

If you installed another server in the same folder, it's possible it's what is causing problems.

Oh Yes, make sure you don't have any DATA FOLDER in your ragnarok folder (although it doesn't seem to be the case here) or else it might screw up too Ok. Beside of that...if your data.ini file is like the one we quoted...you should be good to go o_o

If none of that worked, Then you might want to create a pseudo folder just for HeRO, and unpack your RO and Sak in that folder along with HeRO. Thinking

Before I go, I'd like to point out there's also a heROtest.dll file in the folder he posted. So maybe it's an outdated-patch issue......?

If you decide to download the full version remember that you still will need the November patch. But that might solve your problem, just don't place it in the same folder.
