Weapons are the only thing that he can upgrade with the skill, so yes, weapons are the only thing that he can upgrade.

job 70 whitesmith has a 10% better than NPC at refining. I don't know about what's the % per level, but the final outcome is 10% better.

When I was on iRO and told them that Pecos were large on this server they were like "wtf?" because its boned infils on iro, not bloody

I understand this discription and thats why I'm so confused... If you look on our servers skill discription (INGAME) It says that improvements begin at job 50... If our server discription is incorrect, please let me know..
