If a player cannot speak to you in english, write a report with a screenshot and the character's name in a ticket!
Players unable to speak in english will be banned.

And maybe the reason they don't reply. To you about a Ks is because it was an accident or they just don't care I think English test is a dumb idea like the gm said just ss it and then not everyone on the server will be inconvienced.

Taking like 30 seconds to acknowledge that you understand the rules should not count as an inconvience.
Pandora does this out of her own time, as well as the other GMs, so is a few minutes of your time to show that you respect them and the rules they have laid down really something you do not want to partake in?
Edit: Not to mention the inconvience to the GMs that have to work through every ticket put in against Non-English speaking players, when a simple test to rat out many of these can be incorperated.

English test wouldn't be efficent there are to many translators and such things that would make the test unefficent and if the people that aren't speaking English really wanted to get around of they could

Screen shotting doesnt work for me. Due to my laptop screen I have to have an odd resalution for the game and it makes my screen shots all wavy, black and white.
So the test seems like a way better idea.

Some suggestions can be:
- Make a timer
- Random Qs order
- Random As order
- 3 or 5 diffrent test
