You do realize that Disney has no intent or reason to mess with how Marvel is run, they just want a slice of the profit, and Marvel gets a bigger company to help make movies world wide.
I really don't see a problem here with this, besides the following COMIC. XD
Still, I really don't see what Disney would really do to hurt Marvel, we might get some more Scrooge McDuck comics! :D Or maybe something involving Darkwing Duck.

I find it quite humorous. xD
It's just that Disney is buying off so many cartooning companies it worries people. Feels like they're imposing themselves upon cartoonists everywhere.

Do you know what happens, when someone tries to leave this deal?
A good example is the move bungie made to leave microsoft and go to indie studios.

Nothing bad really, until you get revamped graphics of WoW in the next 2 years, a revamped system of play (gameplay is adapbted, and allows a few things I won't say but will let you all research about it.)

I can't give anything that has happened in the gaming society (that really impacted anything) but I know something about what happened near where I live
Paramount owned an amusment park named carowinds.
Paramount was bought by Kings Entertainment Company
All of the rides names were changed.
Carowinds is a huge park in the carolinas, people come from all over to go here.
Disney can shove a keyblade up theirs O WAIT walt disney did that to kids.

I can think of a videogame merger that had a sorta impact
Back when Square Soft bought up Enix Arts, everyone was skeptical about whether Square Enix could churn out the proper Star Ocean sequel fans were expecting (Star Ocean 2 was Enix Arts big deal title)
Now personally I don't know how that argument ended because I haven't played S.o. 3 or 4 ....
Personally I am most disappointed by the break up of Working Designs.
I see a shaky start for the startup Gaijin Works Victor Ireland, former head of WD, launched.

I somehow think that Activision is pulling Blizzard's strings, hence why both Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 have no LAN.
But who knows, Activision might end up using BNet2.0 for their PC games soon enough.
