You're already in AFK. You're??already in FoH. To death with Behe and RObots, Not sure about bamboo squad, but that "was" practically an extension of Behe, so that's out. Mognet is slowly trying to make a comeback but I forget what time period it's most active at. Outside of all the small guilds that don't really Advertise and/or haven't made a name for themselves, I don't really know anyone that really meets your criteria..

Oh to all the people saying "join Behe" no thanks. I think requirement number one states that I am not forced to WoE or be asked to be a farming slave to earn my place in the guild.
Anyway, Zeke still is without a guild, advertise at me here or in pm or in game.

I know you guys are trying to be funny (and in some cases did give me a chuckle) this is a serious looking for guild topic.
Right now my characters are in various guilds, but give me two weeks and I'll be looking for more. In the meantime, definitely advertise serious offers at me!
