thoughts so far:
could join exemplar owls. no clue about their actual *experience* in WoE, will probably not join because of foreseen dramallama.
get in contact with Deso of Eden \o/
poke at Elixir and LS. will probably not join LS but who knows
Or I could actually just go woe on another server and win hearts to force people to come here. idk

update: Deso of Eden is a no-no~
i will still keep looking but i will also poke around on RMS server listings and see if there are any WoE-active servers that will suit my tastes. if nothing pops up and if certain things don't happen here i might temporarily migrate to another server and see if i can come back more smarticle about stuff.
gotta prod at some other guilds first though. probably gonna wait it out until summertime when school gets the hell out of my life

If you're trying out "WoE" servers definitely hit up the midrate scene.
You'll get geared up typically pretty fast, and the WoE's there are sometimes about the same environment as ours, except they have a slightly bigger population.
