I'm all for a quest involving hill wind cards XD the last time I bought one, it was 15k, and between 1 and 2 years ago. But yeah, HW as a hatter would nuke the hatter economy, and would make the easy 300-400k a newb can make turn to 100k or less. It'd probably stabalize up to 200-250k or so, but that'd be a major knock at an already very stable comodity.

Random thought, how about make 10 or some-odd number of hillwind cards in exchange for a soft, blue, or red feather?

Why not change the hatter script so he only accepts one or maybe two of each card per quest?
That way you can't use your 15 HW cards for three (five cards:hat, right?) insta-hats, but do have a potential 7-15 hatter quests in front of you.

sorry whispers, but that would be even worse for the economy... less cards sinked and whatnot...
and about seals, i wasn't here when that happened, but seals don't drop 2 npc-able items that's worth 1-1.5k easily...

The Seal hatter is more like ancient relics of heRO when there's way more than 18 seal on timed spawn on the beach, and there's no hill wind. Tons of people were there in the past making seal cards *very* abundant.

^at one point i saw a vendor in pront vending 40+ seal cards for 250k each... if only i had the money i would have bought them all... but again this was 2 years ago...
