Paladins can be 2 hand spear and use elemental spears there.

any class can use elements from either sage or elemental weapons except the special ones.(excluding legendary lvl 4 weapons such as excalibur, mysteltainn and ogretooth which i believe are holy, shadow and undead property respectively)
the difference is that wizzy and sage can also use shadow property magic (napalmbeat and soulstrike)
also, paly can use gc and holycross for holy elements likewise with aco/monk/priest which i believe have lots of holy skills.
besides that magnum break has the ability to add fire property damage to the sword for a while. and sins can use poison and earth property.
archers can easily change elements by switching arrows, the downside is that they need to be carrying and equiping with the arrow to be able to shoot them.
and also, supernovi is the one with lowest hp (excluding baby classes).

Napalmbeat and soulstrike are ghost element attack btw, not shadow.
I think we can all agree that all class have their strenghts and weaknesses, some are better fit for some type of combat than others. I do my best to balance the event with monsters that are a challenge to different classes. But I will not make the trials different per class, I like to keep it the same for everyone.
Since you know in advance and can decide which class you use and which trial you participate in, I don't think it's unfair.

well I meaned like... a (effective) skill that has a property...like Trow spirit sphere that can be ele, spiral pierce that can be ele...

O.o So it's not a skill paladins get? Hmm. Strange.
What does it matter if it's first class or second?
Archers double strafe is still very useful as second class.
merchants Mammo is still very useful as second class.
Thieves double attack is still- well, you get the idea.
Plain point being, it can change elements, and it's a good skill. It *is* useable to MVP too. It does pretty decent damage, and has a nice hit bonus for those nasty high agi MVPs. And of course, don't forget you can change the element as I first stated.

from what I read from monsters it seems that my stalker aint got much of a chance
XD unless I hide and RUn like hell or maybe I could go hybrind ToH build /gg in other words give me a bow 99 dex and some dsing and I beleive I'll be ok!
