Then a simple enough fix would be disallowing Ice Falchion/Fireblend to Alchemists and Creators.

Uhhh no. A lot of people use Fire Bolt and Ice bolt to lvl on soils and other monsters. Why the hell screw them over a homunc AI?

Because a homunculus would be better and at the moment auto-bolting is a danger to the homunculi's chances of existence.
