i had tom send me the files i was missing and it still didnt work. also ive restarted my computer and tried to save the screen but no luck.
maybe if i download the hero FULL installer, it may fix the problem?

It will.
Make sure to install it in a new folder, dont install it in your old messed ro folder.

I don't see 'Dosu' in the name list, probably kicked to make room for another char.

i just downloaded the full installer, installed and patched it and its doing the same crap! ><
EDIT~~ i deleted my old RO folder, reinstalled KRO and SAK, patched both, installed the full hero installer and patched it and its doign the same crap.

is there another way to save a printed screen shot from my RO folder? cause my paint wont let me do it cause there is not enough memory or resources to complete the operation. or something like that
