Yeah, I hate how this server advertises "450+ players of a NICE community!" on RMS when they know damn well that the grand majority is autotraders. D:

Not necessarily. A community is more than than the amount of players on at any one time, too.
It's sorta like going to the mall one day, doing a headcount, then proclaiming that that's the entire population of the town.
The Facebook event attracted 600 people. Some people don't play anymore, and wanted to claim the hat anyway. Other people don't have Facebook or didn't want to join.
What have we learnt today?
The population count on RMS is silly. And so is basing a population off of any one moment only.

So you're getting a number of total accounts registered through hero?
Or is this a rough calculation of humans behind that account(s)?
I'd like to see the graph or part of the control panel to this out of mere curiosity.
I'm not denying the fact though.

The reason the amount of players matter is for the people that are looking for a decent server... ServerRO is great in it's aspect of how many players, but it just doesnt have that UMPH! I'm hoping this server does, My favorite server was AnotherServerRO and I'm hoping this one is a long those lines so bad!
