Didnt say her head is fat o.o Besides, it doesnt matter if you dont change anything on her, she is pretty! Everyone has different drawing style, i like yours alot, its just different from those i used to see. So i like her the way she is now!

It's always been a girl to me. In the NPC list its name is "4_f_sister" ^_^;
