If this game is DOS based, try to get yourself DOSbox or whatever. It should help to make it run.

It is DOS based, came out in 1994 I think.
Well yeah I did that and it works, just wish I didn't have to go through that hassle to upload the game.
edit: +1 to galt. Starcraft just goes above listings of best games. You want a strategy game with balance? Look at Starcraft.
