Equips to reach 190 aspd? I like to calculate on my own, but see nothing that gives enough +agi or +dex to reach 190 aspd without blessing and agi up (which I didn't count above, and which won't count in TOH).

you dont need blessing, only agi up. And yes valks evo and doori all have 190 aspd.

Please say what equipment it involves. I'm not sure what equipment that isn't listed on RMS (or is listed with "no results" meaning it is obtained custom) can be used.
Aspd without agi up also? 188?

Only Avian Wings increase Agi (+6).
Only Crest of the Rider[1] and Leather Boots[1] (at +9-10) give enough agi. (+5 agi together)
The best headgear I saw gave +3 agi I think.
Ninetails gives +2 agi
Thanatos Odium in +9 footgear would give +4 agi
Choose AGI for noble gem. Aspd if at all possible. (There's a lack of info there, the page is extremely vague). I don't add it because I have no idea how it works, and I can't look it up either.
That's +20 agi, add 12% to that and it's +22 agi, maybe 23 if you hit the right number, that's 5.6 aspd.
No significant headgear cards that give AGI, only Nightmare.
99+29+23 = 151 agi
with a 60 bow delay, starting at 140.
Each point of agi gives 0.24 aspd. Each point of dex gives 0.06 aspd.
That's 36.24 aspd
99+43 dex of earlier gives 8.52 aspd
140 + 36.24 + 8.52 = 184.76 aspd, then use awakening potion -> 187.1 aspd
Add agi up beforehand for +12 agi 2.88 more aspd before awakening
184.76 +2.88 = 187.64 aspd, with awakening: 189.49 aspd.
It's missing roughly 2.5 points of agi or 10 points of dex to hit 190 aspd. Blessing would hit 190 aspd. But in TOH and regular solo hunting you have neither Agi up or Blessing.

HP is irrelevant, but for the record, its low.
Max SP is 686
SP regen is 12 per tick (8 second standing).
Attack without weapon is 283
Critical rate is 60% without weapon
Perfect dodge is 32
Flee is 237 (+5 from Wind Walk counted)
Hit is 223 (+10 hit from Vulture Eye counted)
Falcon rate is 34.33% and dmg is 960/attack (so roughly 320/attack).
Aspd 178.76 without awakening. 181.95 with awakening. 184.4 aspd with agi up.
Cast is 24% of normal.
Movement speed is 90% delay, 65% delay with agi up. Not sure how Wind Walk works.
Note: Gloria is not counted, but it would add 9% crit, 10% falcon rate, 6 attack and 3 perfect dodge
Note 2: Pretty sure I could hit 182 aspd with just awakening if I knew what Noble Gem possibly did other than +1 to 1 stat.

Valks and Doori don't have noble gems on their snipers.??Evo did but I don't think he needed it for the max aspd ;P
I wouldn't post their gears either if I knew, I don't want everyone to copy them...But I can tell you right now they aren't wearing half those gears you listed lol.??Evo and Valks were 190 before the new equips from the Nameless update.??
I'll hint though and I do remember +agi food and devi being a big part of Evo's build.

Bapho Jr. gives 3 agi in garment.
And you didn't think of any accessory (hello, Horn of Buffalo).
It's quite easy to reach 190 aspd, I calculated it, you don't need such hyper equips you listed.
And if you would have ever seen a 190 aspd Sniper's dmg (and hitlock) you would shut up.
Puppy Hat is upper Headgear and has a 3 % chance to autocast Gloria on attack. Yeehaa.
Edit: btw, Attention Concentrates % work with equip and base stats but not with cards.

Well it must be a custom hatter that gives +10 agi or something, and that is not listed on the forums. Or they use Cecil cards. 5% aspd stacks with awakening potion.
As far as I know, it will be a LOT easier to hit 193 aspd (yes 193 will be the new aspd cap) in Renewal without having gear that is so OMG that people are afraid of mentioning them. What with being able to have say 120 base agi, 100 base dex, 120 base LUK and 50 base INT at lv 150 (could be higher or lower, I didn't calculate it - it will be possible to get 120/120/120/23/2/1 if going 'extreme').
And oh yeah, I didn't mention accessories. There is Orlean's Glove with Zerom or Yoyo, or Horn of the Buffalo with same cards. It gives enough to hit 190 aspd with the mentioned-above gear (not the falconer build).
My build is less extreme and more min-maxing (and plain fun I think, having the falcon go off every second).

Normal hunting = not eating agi food >_> (or any food).
Crit lock with a sinx is possible at 175 aspd (each katar attack does 2 hits, and both hits flinch the target, both hits affect Safety Wall also). 187.5 aspd would achieve same with bow, not counting the falcon proc.
Puppy Hat, yeah I got one yesterday, its nice, but with Morrigane Helm I can't afford to equip it. If I'm doing something "hardcore" I'd be with a High Priest anyways.
With the falcon procing, I would have the equivalent of 186.5 aspd (75% of the delay since its one hit every 3 attacks, 1/1.33 = 0.75 x delay) without any outside buffs.
Test my build's dps? Even if it's not the top or best of the best, I'd keep it though.

You also left out any Agi giving cards in the shoes... Like.. Iunno. MTB card giving +2?
