a couple of hours might have been a bit better, or maybe just not even mention a time at all. just say we're down for maintenance it'll take some time before we're up again. once the host contacts us letting us know they're finished installing the server will be up shortly afterwards =D

However, given that this is a flaky ISP we're talking about, a week is probably far more accurate anyway.
