Takes a certain skill to understand how to play against players.
Takes a certain skill to understand how to play against monsters.
Both are overpowered as hell in the game of RO, and this is how it balances out.

Thats so abusive in Tatsunoko vs Capcom, not sure if Megaman has the same moves in Marvel vs Capcom but still super abusive xD
