that's a gravity error, sometimes it just happens, othertimes, it means you have to update kRO and kSarkay because your game client isn't recognizing some or all of the things on screen

the sakray should be relatively up to date as far as that goes. Did you just try the client once? If so try it again, sometimes it's just a one time error, also make sure to run setup.exe and make sure all the configurations are correct. If you just got that error after the patcher ran once you installed the installer that also just happens sometime.

Run setup.exe, make sure the proper option for graphics and sound are chosen.
Then relaunch heRO.exe to test.
If you still get the error, when does it come up?

ok it seems the sound and stuff are right from the start but that come sup after the start screen with the patch and news. Once i press the startgame icon the box almost finished up then it pops up

Hmmm so basically as soon as the client is loaded (the news and such are part of the patcher). I'm running out of ideas to be honest
The full installer usually works good for anyone, hmm Loki or someone else, any ideas?
