Why: Setting up shop in a dungeon
Shops and Chatrooms
Do not set shops or chats within a 7x7 area (3 cell radius) of any NPC, including warps. Only one shop can occupy one cell. In Prontera, shops and chat boxes can only be set up on the side walks. Shops can only be put up in towns (except for Niflheim, Beacon Island and the like).

Similar situations have been happening recently, and initially we simply kicked the vendors offline and issued reminders via global announcement. However, it's gotten worse recently, so once again we ask to keep the server rules in mind when setting up shops, and to be considerate of the other players.
