The car tires won't pop to just DS?
Why?
Well the mage doesn't die to one gunshot either. Why should tires pop to arrows? The tire probably can use Barrier 1 or restores 100 hp per revolution.

Also, it would be convenient having a mini map floating above your head as you walk so you know where you're going~

Go buy a HMD (head mounted display) and set it up to display GPS. Minimap for real life.
