Do I have to download the full installer just to play it? or do I have to replace my previous one with the heRO? Can you guys help me out here?

If you already have Sakray up to date, you can copy it in a separate folder and just use the small installer. If not, you can either use the full installer that has Sakray in it or download it separately and use our small installer. Then patch everything.
