I've come across it maybe a few times, and at first I thought that maybe I had just forgotten to save or something. But this time I'm sure that something is wrong because I had saved in Moscovia and warped there a few times, but then the next day couldn't warp there at all.
Not exactly the biggest crisis but I'm pretty frugal with my zeny, so if I'm spending 10k-65k to unlock a place I've already unlocked.. Then you have a very sad heRO player.

Has this happened with only Moscovia town?
How many other places have you unlocked already?
