im sure many of you are anime/manga fans~
but are there any cosplayers out there? o:
for those who dont know what cosplay is~
cosplay or "kosupure"~ is short for "costume roleplay", a type of performance art whose participants outfit themselves, with often-elaborate costumes and accessories, as a specific character or idea.
basically you dress yourself up as an anime/manga chara or a chara from a game ^-^
its fun ._.
you should all do it .-.
but if you have already done it~ post pics and show heRO your achievement[s] 8D~

I love cosplay! I've only cosplayed twice.. once as Kairi from Kingdom Hearts and another as Lacus Clyne from Gundam Seed.

No, actually, kinda funny you should ask... I had went to an Anime convention a few days prior to this photoshoot and I came across a booth that was selling them. I was so happy to finally have a prop! During the convention people would ask for pictures and my friend would always have her keyblade to pose with and I was just kinda standing awkwardly off to the side, haha.

Although I haven't cosplayed that much, I've really enjoyed the rare times I have. Sewing consumes a lot of time afterall, and the fabrics (plus all the other stuff) consume a lot of money and patience. Overall, I think the finish is worth it. When finally walking around in the brand-new cosplay without parts falling off.. that's a great feeling! ~
P.S. Maybe I'll be able to post a couple of pics too sometime.
