I suggest for the admins to put in Novice gear
novice sandals | 3defence level 1
novice adventurer suit | 4defence +1500hp level 1
Novice breastplate | 7defence +5000hp 1slot level 50
novice guard | 3defence level 1
novice maingauche | 60 atk power 3slot level 1
novice armlet | 2 defence 1slot level 25
novice blade | +100hit automatic 190 atk speed, 4slot level 80
Please add these in i know lots of servers with them and you can check eAthena boards about them, it makes the server really fun, playing as a super novice with this gear

those items exist already.
Some novices on the server have most of them. (ex: Ichigo)

Perhaps really over powered, but even lower rate servers have them, considering the extreme disadvantage a novice has over the rest of classes, but w/e where can i find these items?

Just go buy them. They won't be nearly as strong as you suggest though.

Find your way to the shop in Lighthalzen, thats where they sell them along with some other useful items.
