Now this is a really good one at least i think it is.
I was thinking about hatter being able to give you a hatter voucher.
i mean after u complete all tasks he asks you should be able to take a caucher instead of a hat coz vaucher is something nice that you can give to a person on there brithday or other ocassions.
Them being availabes from events/donation only makes it hard.
So yeah tell me what you guys think about this idea

I like it.
I have horrid luck with hatter. It would be easier to have a collection of vouchers and use them all at once (like I do with oca's and opb's)

Why not ? I kinda like the idea of "Take a Voucher" or "Take a Hat". Both seems fair to me and don't really ruin the quest.

"Maybe" is awesome. It means the heRO team has heard your idea and is considering it. It's so much better than my experience with other RO servers

Would make more sense if hatter voucher was a random reward. Being able to choose one would probaly kill the economy for a little while. Rich people could buy tons of vouchers to get sunglasses [1] or other expensive items and get richer.

Old Card Album works the same way though. You MIGHT get a crazy card worth much more than the 2-3 mils you paid for it, and you MIGHT also get a stupid card worth much lower (yes, I'm watching YOU, stupid High Orc Card).
Hatter quest, you have very good Hats, and very bad ones.
So shall we completely get rid of Old Card Albums, then ?
