At the end of the rope is a power that enables enemies to back off.
The users hit by this rope have nothing they can do but back off by its powers.
AGI + 2, DEX + 3
The Throw Arrow skill shoves the enemy 2 cells back.
The Arrow Vulcan skill shoves the enemy 3 cells back.

Oh really?
I heard it was a endgame Gypsy equipment and dropped by custom mobs (Light/Dark Allegiance Enchanters/Songstresses) at a low rate.
Seemed fairly valuable to me, if someone else confirms this I'll just close this thread and keep my rope in my storage.

Drops from Pinguicula at uhhhhh .21% I think.
Its pretty farmable, and on top of that not many gypsies on the server.
Even if there were, they probably won't need too many ropes unless they are serious vulcan builds. :s

Nobody said they didn't. Everyone's just running off the fact that nobody seriously hunts Pinguis and that there aren't that many superactive Gypsys. Never mind that they're easy to hunt/kill.
