I doubt anyone know yet, except the GMs.
I do believe it's also related to the monster's level, like current Gift Boxes dropping items.

The Drop rate Seems Pretty Low for each item.
I Took Cheese as a drop Just Recently.
And Was Hunting High orcs (Level 52 monster) for abt 15mins.
Got 1 cheese.
Better Start Hunting the Cloud Hermits as they have 100% Cheese Drop rate.
But For Royal Cookig kits.
As Royal Cooking Kits are Supposed to be a bit rare.
It's Pretty much ok.
