Pros:
*??A really good manteau for wizards and sages/prof.
*??It is +8, providing a 24% damage reduction from neutral elements
*??It gives +10 vit, (wich a 10% increase in hp based on the character base hp)
*??And on top +300 hp.??(wich represent an additional ~5% increase in hp for a high level wiz/prof, for a total of ~+15% hp)
*??NO NEED to hunt a raydric card (wich is worth ~15m in savings)
* If your rod is better than +5 (wich is easy for a level 3 weapon) you get additionnal matk
Cons:
*??It have to be used with either the dex-survivor's rod or the int-survivor's rod.??
It is dropped by Ktullanux (a quest mvp)
Starting bid is 30m, and min increases is of 2m.

sorry to reply without a bid, but i have noticed in your quoted item description:
"However, the MATK bonus and neutral resistance increases only to +10"
doesn't that mean, that the damage reduction from neutral elements is only 10%?

I think since some private server MAY be able to over upgrade the gears surpassing +10, so i assume that it'll only max at +5% magic attack and neutral resistance +30% even when the gear is +11 or more.
