Give newbs a break will you brand? Not everyone goes into the forums ya know, especially new comers.
Send a support ticket to the GMs, click on the "support ticket" link found on the hero main page or cp. Type in your account name(preferably a few just in case that name had existed already), password, email address, and in game gender.
Hopefully you'll get yourself a reply soon.

Oops, i just realised that you're not frostbrand, jens. I turned off the pictures on my mobile browser and your siggy is deep blue like what i thought his siggy is.
