I ALREDY DOWNLOADED RAGRAY 2 TIMES AND HERO FULL instaler one time and by some weird reason they wont install they always stop at some percentage and then it would say its not responding if anybody knows the answeer please help me i wanna be in toh

It's unpacking the GRFs, did you sit and let it run without messing with your computer at all?

just leave it alone, it will finish up on its own xD happens to me ALL the time.
