Light vs Dark PVP Event - Cessy - 10-24-2005 Today Jade and Pandora hosted the first light vs dark event in the form of team PvP. Teams were made of whoever volunteered, and the winner would be decided after 10 rounds. The Lineup: Dark Team -- Led by GM-Jade - Laurana - Pyronic - Francis - Avenger - Maverick - Vivi (latecomer to round 8 or 9) - -Neo- (latecomer to round 10) Light Team -- Led by GM-Pandora - Ragnar - Elwind - Sora Aihara - Roman_Fist - Cessy - Mr. Bard (latecomer to round 10) Unfortunately the rules weren't made ahead of time so they changed frequently. In the first 3 rounds, the GMs could heal/buff people from both teams. In the 4th round, it was decided that both GMs shouldn't heal anymore (but some people were healed anyway lol). In the 5th round, it was decided that the Dark team should have Jade heal/buff them because they didn't have a priest. Round 6, Jade had to take off her GM-Hide so we could at least hit her. Round 7-9, Jade took off her GM stats since it kinda made things hard, and instead went with 99 to some stats. Round 10, we had 2 newcomers. Other than that, no HP/SP potions or items were allowed. Final score was a tie at 5-5 but everyone decided that should be ignored since the rules changed a hundred times, some people left early, and some people joined late. Some screenies XD I'm really bad at remembering to take them while we're fighting... Yep... homosexual blue power ranger squad for the win! It was a fun event. Everyone who participated got 1 gift box and 5 allegiance points. Hopefully next time we'll have the rules set in stone and more people will participate. RE: Light vs Dark PVP Event - GM-Pandora - 10-24-2005 Yes, the next time around, the rules will be set prior to the event and will be more clear. Since we had a tie, everyone won and got 1 gift box and 5 allegiance point, if a team would have won, only they would have gotten the gift box, but everyone gets allegiance point for participating. Next time, we'll have a storyline also, hopefully there will be 3 gms (1 for each team and 1 to start the rounds and make sure that the rules are respected and so on). The most important thing when we host events is to have fun I think, so I hope everyone enjoyed, even tough we kept changing the rules (to balance things out).
