Signatures? - Elements - 03-15-2011 how come i dont seem to be able to use a signature here? uploaded it, put it into the [img]'s etc. forum sig size was 600x200, so it should actually work fine o,o; Edit: Funnily Enough, it seems to work fine if i use the code in the actual post. Just wont work for the signature. RE: Signatures? - Kittie - 03-15-2011 Clicky hopefully this helps o_o RE: Signatures? - Elements - 03-15-2011 wonderful! tried it with IE and apparently it worked then. thanks a lot! RE: Signatures? - Whispers - 03-15-2011 Yeah, don't use Chrome for uploading your sig. Otherwise, you just get a bunch of broken link boxes. I found that out personally when Chrome first came out. Not sure what the problem is, but it hasn't been fixed to this day. =\ Nice siggy, though. :D RE: Signatures? - Story Teller - 03-16-2011 Ironically I didn't follow my own instructions and ended up with a broken link. RE: Signatures? - Whispers - 03-16-2011 Then, follow your instructions!??xD RE: Signatures? - Nero - 03-16-2011 what i find is that the [img] link can not be too long else it fails. (ie. the link is soo long it has to be cut in half) so usally using a imagehosting website that gives smaller link sizes works. thats how i did it on chrome anyways @.@ RE: Signatures? - Whispers - 03-16-2011 That would make sense. I did notice a while back that Chrome likes to register forced returns (when the text field is too narrow for a line of text) as user-entered line breaks. Perhaps I should try tinypic, but it's just easier to open Firefox and go. =p RE: Signatures? - Under Score - 03-17-2011 expand the text box so the link goes in one line, trust me it will works |
