Does Breaker in this server have cast time? is it fixed (example: blocked by pneuma)

I have not tested it yet, but I think other GMs have.

The delay is there (you can't use any other skills for 3 seconds I think, even attacking, you can simply heal yourself), as for the pneuma, I didn't test yet

Delay is 1 second at level 1 and increases by .2 every extra level of soul breaker. Ending with 2.8 at level 10 if you were wondering what it was. But yeah, close enough. =oP

I had a SinX on a freya server so it might be different on eAthena, but yes there is a cast time and a delay for breaker.
