my patcher is up to date but the server crashes when my character is in prontera..and this is the error report :

Other than that, make sure you're updated, don't have a Data folder in your heRO directory, and are using a "purer" RO client (Not a client from another highly-modded private server).

Hmm..everything updated but i only dont have 1 of the gpf file and that is hero20101231.gpf. It is bcoz of the previous matter and that is why i skipped it as GM Pandora's adviced as well. Hmm,i m looking for someone who is willing to help me to upload that file to any of the uploader..Prefer hotfile or sendspace since my connection ain't that smooth sometimes..Can u help me with that?

My best friend and I have been getting that same exact message/error crash (in Pront as well) right after we fully patched/updated our Ragray yesterday evening.
EDIT: We deleted the data folder as Whispers stated above and so far, so good - no errors as of now. Will keep on truckin' and update should anything erroneous pop up again.

I had this a few nights ago. Patching Ragray fixed it.
Or at least I haven't crashed being anywhere in Prontera since then.

We already reinstalled Ragray, deleted that "data" folder and reinstalled heRO, it worked for awhile but then she got the same error once again.
Or at least I haven't crashed being anywhere in Prontera since then.
It oddly only happens in prontera, not all the time and usually at the same spots.

Yep....just happened again to me when I signed into a merch...this is after re-installing and using the Full Version (as advised) and being alright for a whole day. Got this error message (finally copied it this time, lol):
