I was just wondering how the reputation system work on this forum. I see the - [] + thing and sometimes, I see green, grey or red.
So, uh... what does that really indicate? Should we be clicking on them too to rate the person? Sorry, this is just my personal: "What is going on?

People are just supposed to give you plus or minus reputation based on individual posts if they're helpful/funny/retarded/etc. Unfortunately it's almost completely pointless since you can do it anonymously and without any reason.
