Does insta-cast still exist in renewal? I know a lot of the game was 'slowed down' so I cannot say with absolute certainty.

Bear in mind Jupitel Thunder also isn't as powerful in renewal as it is pre-renewal.
Some of the skill choices were odd for the new Novice class, but will be interesting to see what kinds of builds can come from it.

No more insta-casters in renewal.
Skills with cast time now have a variable and a fixed cast time.
