what can i do to make them known? i cant see their names

get magnifying glasses from a tool dealer and then use them
edit: or considering your previous i can't patch thread, figure out a way to patch or deal with the unknown stuff

they are apples in my inventory with no descriptions..

You need an updated Ragray/hero-client. Items that are unknown to the client are automatically apples. Using them might crash your game.
