To play on the server, you will need an account.
You can register on the Control Panel:
http://pandoraonline.net/cp/
The following option will be deactivated in a minimum of 2 weeks time (next reboot)
Here's an alternate method that also works.
When trying to connect to the server for the first time (use heRO.exe) enter the login name you want (login name, not character name) and add "_M" or "_F" after, depending if you want male account (_M) or female account (_F). Enter your password normally.
For example, I would use: Pandora_F
It will create your account, then the next time you want to log in, remove the _M or _F and log in normally.

If you get an error, try a different login name, it could be possible that the login you are trying to register is already taken by someone.

Important information
The option of making an account with the _M or _F method will be disabled during the next reboot. This next reboot should happen in a minimum of 2 weeks.
Only the control panel will be able to be used to create an account. The control panel is available at http://www.pandoraonline.net/cp/
