PC on +3 int lord's clothes is 10-12mil. Max at 15. You might wanna lower your SB a bit :D

I did the math, and this is the lowest I'll take becuause it's about what you would spend trying to make them, unless your lucky. It may be OP in mosts eyes but not mine. If this price is too high then I'll keep them. Thought I'd throw it up here for anyone interested.

tbh i have to agree with grim. Not just because it's probably quite optimal for any AD-lobbing alche, and not just on the basis that the "average" chance to get one, but also on just how annoying farming lords' clothes are.

anyway, let's assume you can get an unlimited supply of lords' clothes at 1m a piece. 10% chance to get +3 stats at 400k a shot. Times the chance of actually getting the stat you want (1 in 6).
Assuming you do not break any armor (just being awfully unlucky at getting +3 int), that would cost you 24m. Add in the permutation of possible breakage etc and the costs could really skyrocket.

Furthermore, it's a seller's market because every noob alche and his uncle could use one and there's no real constant supply. So i do wonder where that PC came from.
